Alimentum Foodlab is a studio of taste. We have 6 chairs available in our “counterbar”, with a view of the kitchen and all the ingredients that you are going to taste during the evening. Open Friday and Saturday. Reservation in advance is necessary.

Guldbæk Vingård is our local vineyard, located 20 km. South of here.
