Alimentum’s gin “Laurus”
På Alimentum laver vi vores egen øko gin, i samarbejde med Nordisk Brænderi.
Ginnen er udviklet af Simon Kvist Bjerre & Anders Bilgram.
Der tages udgangspunkt i friske laurbærblade, naturligvis enebær.
Udover det bruges der tyttebær, kvan, citrontimian og citronskal.
Det er en forfriskende gin, der gør det perfekt som Gin & Tonic.
We have our own organic gin at Alimentum, that have been made in cooperation with Nordic Destilleri.
The recipe of the gin has been developed by Simon Kvist Bjerre & Anders Bilgram.
It’s main incredience is juniper, bayleaf and a small amount of linconberries, holy ghost, lemon thyme and lemon zest.
Its refreshing and perfect for Gin & Tonic.

Med Coravin skydes, smagsneutral, argon gas ned i vinen, hvilket beskytter mod oxidering.
Groundbreaking technology, that gives us access to tap wine by the glass, through the cork, without exposing the wine to oxidation.
Coravin adds neutral argon gas to the wine, which protects the wine.
